1. Order Process
Orders with Shola Gems must be made manually through a WhatsApp appointment followed by a video conversation with our representatives. Payment methods available are Bank Transfer, PayPal and Wise transfer, as agreed upon during discussions. All payments must be processed via the pro forma invoice provided by Shola Gems at the time of purchase.
2. Return Policy
We accept returns under certain conditions:
- The gemstone must be returned in its original, undamaged condition, without any modifications.
- The buyer is responsible for any return freight costs.
- Once we receive and verify the condition of the returned item, we will process a refund to the buyer’s account. Refunds will be made minus shipping costs, VAT, and insurance charges.
3. Shipping Terms
We ship our gemstones under the DAP (Delivered at Place) terms in accordance with INCOTERMS 2020. The buyer is responsible for any additional duties or clearance charges that are applicable in the destination country, in accordance with their local laws.
