Orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days after NGJA processing. Shipped via EMS or FedEx with tracking and insurance; delivery takes 5–16 days. Shipping fee: from $20. Orders can bundle multiple items in one shipment for the same fee.
Stones are sourced from trusted suppliers and undergo basic in-house testing. Independent certification is available on request at the customer’s expense, including GIA, SSEF, GRS, and GUILD. Local options (GIC, EGL, TGL) are available.
